Why this variety: The Northblue Blueberry bush is a much more compact shrub. It is an extremely Cold Hardy "Half High" variety with sweet dime sized dark berries. Their berries are among the best flavored of all half-high blueberries and their flowers are white with a beautiful pick blush. Yielding up to 28 cups of blueberries at maturity annually!!
***Northblue is self pollinating. It does not require a cross but planting with another half-high blueberry variety such as Chippewa, Polaris, or Northland can increase yield***
